On June 24, 2020, Kutaisi University organized a webinar “Best Practices of Distance Learning Methods”, This webinar was developed and implemented by the partner university of KU, the National Academy of Khortytsia.
During the webinar, the National Academy of Khortytsia presented several key topics: Algorithm for organizing distance learning in the structural part of higher education; Comparative characteristics of different platforms and resources for organizing distance learning; Characteristics of the use of non-traditional forms and methods of distance learning; Features of organizing clinical practice in the specialty of physiotherapy and occupational therapy remotely; Features of online sessions; Three-component remote system for education quality assurance.
After completing the webinar, all participants of Kutaisi University received a certificate. Academic and administrative personnel of both universities, as well as student self-government leaders were involved in the webinar.
The Rector of the National Academy of Khortytsia, Valentina Nechiporenko, expressed her sincere readiness to continue the cooperation between the two universities and invited representatives of Kutaisi University for exchange programs and study visits.
