Students of the Faculty of Medicine of Kutaisi University took part in the international conference

On December 7, students of the Faculty of Medicine of Kutaisi University participated in the international conference “Sustainable Health Care” organized in Riga, Latvia.

In the conference, Kutaisi University presented three abstracts:

1. Advancements in Tuberculosis Management: A Comprehensive Overview of Georgia’s State Program (Dhruv Doyal, Nodari Maghlaperidze, Harish Malik, Nana Tchantschaleishvili);

2. Exploring TFESI’s Role in Georgia’s Healthcare Landscape (Viswesh Annand, Mohan Ram Parthiban, Harini Boobalan, Nana Tchantschaleishvili), in collaboration with the University of Bordeaux (France).

3. Exploring TFESI’s Role in Georgia’s Healthcare Landscape Towards Resilient Healthcare: A Hybrid Stroke Care Strategy in Lviv’s Medical Landscape (Harini Boobalan, Andrii Netliukh, Nana Tchanchaleishvili) – on this topic, the materials were prepared by Lviv University professor, Andrii, head of the Vascular Neurosurgeon Team of Lviv University Hospitals With the promotion of Netliukh, which will become the starting point for deeper and future cooperation.

It should be noted that among the 8 countries represented, on behalf of Georgia, there were fifth semester students and academic staff of Kutaisi University.

Indian students of the Faculty of Medicine, under the guidance of Georgian teachers, presented reports to the audience.
