A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Kutaisi University and the EKA University of Applied Sciences (Latia).
The agreement aims at supporting joint research and educational projects and facilitating student as well as academic/administrative staff mobility.
The first steps in cooperation have already been taken, and under the 2024 Erasmus+ Credits International Mobility Program, the parties have collaboratively prepared an application. If successful, fully funded international mobility opportunities for students and staff will be enabled from the 2024-2025 academic year.
Established in 1998, the EKA University of Applied Sciences has been proactively forging Erasmus cooperation agreements with higher education institutions across Western and Central European countries.
The EKA University of Applied Sciences is a member of the Baltic University Programme that unites 160 universities in 14 countries of the Baltic Sea region.
