On February 23, a Chinese New Year event was held at “Iberia” College with the participation of the Confucius class of Kutaisi University.
Chinese New Year, also known as Lunar New Year, or Spring Festival is a traditional holiday.
Director of “Iberia” College Irakli Avaliani, Rector of Kutaisi University Gocha Tutberidze, head of Confucius class Giorgi Datuashvili, director of Hualing Group Penglong Ma and representatives of partner organizations attended the event.
Confucius Institute/class aims to teach Chinese language and introduce Chinese culture to the general public.
