Nino Karseladze, a psychologist at Kutaisi University, attended the 4th Psychoanalytic Student Conference (4th EPCUS) in Brussels (Organized by the European Psychoanalytic Federation EPF).
The theme of the conference was “Fear and Anxiety from a Psychoanalytic Perspective” which included such classic and central issues for psychoanalysis as fear and anxiety, as well as the theories of Sigmund Freud, Melanie Klein and Winnicott on how each of them affects the unconscious on a daily basis, on life, modern social, cultural and political processes. The format included a lectures / seminars, and clinical cases.
Eighty delegates from different European countries, including five Georgians, took part in the conference.
