On February 13, Ketevan Uridia, the representative of the project “Arbitration and Mediation – Effective Settlement of Disputes” visited Kutaisi University, who expressed readiness to cooperate with our University.
“Given that Kutaisi University plans to accredit the Faculty of Law, it would be interesting for us to cooperate with you in order to develop an alternative course of dispute resolution,” – said Ketevan Uridia.
The project aims to promote the use of mediation and arbitration in commercial disputes. One of the goals is to increase the capacity of lawyers, including law students, by using alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
