On October 4, 2021, a scientific-practical conference will be held on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Kutaisi University. Due to the pandemic situation, the conference will be held remotely, using the electronic platform “ZOOM”.
The aim of the conference is to discuss a number of issues in scientific circles, including the problems related to Covid-19, ways to solve them in economics, business, and medicine.
The conference, which is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Kutaisi University, will be organized by the University and will be attended by professors from both Georgian and foreign partner universities.
The scientific-practical conference will start on October 4, at 11:00 and will be opened by the Rector of the University Gocha Tutberidze. University students will be able to attend the conference.
Kutaisi University was founded in 1991 under the name of “Institute of Law and Economics”, which was the first private authorized higher education institution in the region. At the time of its establishment, the University had bachelor’s programs in economics and law, and now the university has accreditation for all three levels (bachelor, master, doctorate), including the addition of the Faculty of Medicine to the university last year.
