Terms and conditions related to mobility
Mobility in the university is carried out in the terms established by the legal act of the Head of the Education Management Information System, in the fall and spring semesters. Mobility can be carried out within one level of higher education.
Registration stages:
- Register for mobility e-mail. on the portal students.emis.ge
- to make an e-application for mobility: to fix the choice (U.S., program) and sort it into priorities
- Pay the mobility fee and submit the relevant receipt.
- Get acquainted with the mobility results in the personal registration window on the e-portal
- In case of a positive answer, he should immediately apply in writing to the receiving higher educational institution and submit copies of his personal file.
- To familiarize the recipient with the number of credits recognized by USDS and to confirm the consent/refusal with a written statement
Internal mobility is announced based on the Rector's order at the beginning of the spring and fall semesters. A student has the right to participate in internal mobility even if his student status has been suspended at the time of the announcement of internal mobility.
Internal mobility is possible within one level of higher education.
Documentation to be presented by the applicant for mobility
- statement
- notice of student status;
- duly certified copies of all legal acts determining student status;
- student study card (mark sheet);
- copy of identity document;
- A notarized copy of the document confirming the completion of the previous educational level (in the case of bachelor's mobility - a notarized copy of the certificate or master's degree, in the case of master's mobility - a notarized copy of the bachelor's diploma and appendix, in the case of doctoral mobility - a notarized copy of the master's diploma and appendix);
- A copy of the conscript's military registration certificate (or military ticket, if any);
- Photograph (3X4) – printed 2 pcs. and electronic version on CD;
A student whose student status has been terminated has the right to mobility within 12 months after the termination of the status.
A student whose student status has been suspended is entitled to enjoy the right to mobility within 5 years after the suspension of the status.
