In Georgia ProCredit Bank was established in 1999 and as of today it comprises of 59 branches all over the country. One of our main priorities is Staff Policy aiming at selecting promising young people with high potential for further professional development within the bank.
ProCreit Bank continues looking for motivated, talented individuals and announces the next opening for the "Young Bankers Programme", which offers the unique opportunity for employment and career advancement.
The duration of the programme: 6 months.
Theoretical part of the course will take place in our Training Center, in Dighomi, Tbilisi. As for the practical exercises, candidates will be allocated to the branches and service points throughout the country.
The programme covers the following:
** Introductory course on banking and finance;
** The principles of macroeconomics;
** Specific skills related to branch activities as well as the key departments of the bank;
** Financial mathematics and accounting;
** Basics of communication and analytical thinking;
** Project writing and management techniques;
** Other key banking-related issues.
In addition to the theoretical course, the participants will take on-the-job training in ProCredit Bank's branches and key departments of its Head office. During the programme, stipend will be paid to all the participants on a monthly basis and accommodation provided for those arriving from regions.
Main requirements:
** Age: from 22 up to 32;
** Higher technical education (preferably Economics/Banking/Finance);
** Some working experience (desirable);
** Good knowledge of basic mathematics;
** Advanced level of English and Russian languages;
** Good analytical and critical thinking skills;
** Willingness to study and develop constantly;
** Pro-activeness;
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a team;
** Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
** Demonstrated interest in gaining knowledge and professional development in ProCredit bank;
** High degree of mobility: readiness to work in different regions of Georgia in terms of employment.
