Eligibility

The scholarships are open to those meeting the following criteria:

• residents of Georgia holding an undergraduate degree with an excellent academic record;
• proficient in spoken and written English and can pass TOEFL;
• able to do a two-year course in the United States of America (starting from August 2011)
