Rehabilitated Rabat fortress remains a major attraction for foreign tourists as well as local visitors. To satisfy the students’ interest and wish KU student self-government organized and co-funded a trip to Akhaltsikhe for first-year students. The young people visited newly rehabilitated Rabat complex, learnt about the history of founding the city, many well-known and less-familiar historical facts.
This event was an excellent way for the students to get to know each other better, discover common interests and become closer.
The trip was not only educational. It was also full of fun, humour, laughter and sharing.
Members of the university administration as well as student self-government, the organizers of the event, accompanied the students on the trip.
